Summary

THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a PROGRAM ANALYST T32, PDD1009000 and is part of the AZ JFHQ ARMY, National Guard.

Duties

  • This position is located at the G1, Phoenix, Arizona. The purpose of this position is to serve as the analyst and consultant for the management and administration of programs within the directorate or division. Serves as key coordination point for all program requirements. This work requires knowledge and skill in the application of related laws, regulations, policies, acquisition, precedents, methods, and techniques of program and budget analysis and funds management. THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.

Qualifications

Military Grades: Enlisted: E4/SPC/CPL to E6/SSG Officer:O-1/2LT to O-2/1LT Warrant Officer: W-1 to W-3 Compatible Military Assignments: Enlisted MOS: 36B Officer Branch: 36A Warrant Officer MOS: Immaterial SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: 1-year specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Experience, education, or training which has provided application of practices, theories, techniques, and methods of management. Experience analyzing, interpreting, and developing policies and procedures of local management.

Ability to assist management in interpretation and utilization of reports and information provided. 5. Ability to provide guidance and instruction to subordinate organizations for proper management of programs.
