THE WORK
You serve as a CH-53K Production Program Asc Mgr for the team. Our team is responsible for executing multiple CH-53K Production contracts as the platform ramps up to Full Rate production on the back of the first Multi Year Procurement (MYP) contract, ensuring seamless delivery of this critical heavy lift capability to the United States Marine Corps (USMC).
As an APM, you will be responsible for supporting the Production Program Sr Mgrs and Program Mgrs in executing program activities and ensuring contract milestones are met. You will act assist in ensuring Program milestones are met to support the 53K Long Range Plan (LRP) and critical delivery milestones.
Your responsibilities will include (not limited to):
• Acting as the secondary point of contact for customer for relevant program activities and support to program reviews to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Supporting program leadership and customer meeting briefing
• Managing adherence to the Capacity integrated master schedule
• Supporting program risk & opportunity management board
• Supporting affordability initiatives and producibility enhancements focused on driving down unit cost and reduction in lead time

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $113,900 - $200,905. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
