Job Description
You will be the Program Management Sr Staff - Level 5 for the F-35 Deputy Office which is responsible for overseeing F-35 Program SVSI/WSVI and managing F-35 FEAs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Management Sr Staff - Level 5 you will be responsible for leading end‑to‑end program execution, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance meet mission objectives while serving as the primary customer liaison.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Direct all phases of program execution from inception through completion, maintaining cost, schedule, and technical targets.
- Lead contract negotiations, proposal development, and financial terms to secure favorable outcomes.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including engineering, manufacturing, and administration—to deliver milestones and resolve program issues.
- Conduct customer program reviews, present performance data, and drive corrective actions.
- Define design concepts and engineering strategies for product research, development, integration, and testing.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
