Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) is seeking a Program Management Subcontract Manager for a position in Grand Prairie, TX to develop and lead a team of subcontract managers in support of the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) program.
What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a skilled, highly motivated Program Management Subcontract Manager (SPM) to support the PrSM program. The PrSM program is a production program which requires an agile SPM to manage a team of SCMs responsible for Cost, Schedule, Technical performance of the suppliers in support of the PrSM program. This role will also include additional assignments to include Cost Account Manager (CAM), Supplier Affordability Management Leadership, Risk Management Leadership, and/or Proposal Management Leadership in support of all phases of the PrSM program. Basic Qualifications
• Significant Leadership Experience
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in an environment with numerous internal customers
• Problem solving skills and ability to interface with multiple levels of management both internally and externally
• Ability to recruit, train and develop subordinates
• Must have experience in in developing and executing business/subcontract management strategies
• Ability to obtain a secret clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship
