About this role
Meta is looking to hire a program manager on the Content Partnerships team. The successful candidate will enhance and support partnerships by developing, packaging and facilitating partner opportunities.
This role will be responsible for building and enhancing successful partnerships, in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Our vision is to accelerate product adoption through partners.
We are seeking a candidate with experience collaborating across functions, managing partnerships, and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, with demonstrable experience in program & resource development. They can build deep & trusting relationships across the organization — often navigating conflicting interests — to build business solutions & solve complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Execute impactful partnerships with high level partners and oversee day-to-day operations
- Serve as a strategic advisor to marketing, product & communications teams on talent industry needs
- Lead projects in an ambiguous environment, matching strengths to business needs & advocating for resources that make our partner work more efficient
- Field & prioritize reactive inbound requests for marketing, communications and product initiatives
- Proactively pitch long-term partner opportunities that drive value for our talent partners and Meta's business
- Collaborate with Meta's talent-facing Strategic Partner Managers to develop VIP partner lists for consideration in paid programs
- Build relationships with executives to understand complex business needs and advocate for creative or technical solutions
- Educate internal teams on partner program offerings, best practices, and integration opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in strategic programs, partnerships, operations, management consulting
- Highly strategic and capable of articulating important considerations in foundational technical and business decisions
- Experience leading day-to-day operations for multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Experience building trust and developing relationships with senior executives
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, with experience finding solutions to vague problems
- Experience driving process improvements and delivering results in environments with evolving priorities
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience in campaign development, influencer marketing, or talent programs
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Experience working with attorneys to complete agreements
- Experience in a start-up, technology or talent organization
- Frequent Travel required
Compensation
- $162,000/year - $227,000/year; Country: US; Bonus eligible; Equity eligible
