About this role
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a new product introduction (NPI) role.
- Experience with Demand and Supply Planning.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with analytics including data modeling, trend analysis, statistics, forecasting, or business insights.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $159000 - $231000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Contribute to and communicate policies/methodologies for demand/supply management.
- Utilize best methods in evaluating supply chain’s ability to meet customer demand.
- Contribute to demand and supply planning meetings with cross functional teams, reviewing supply, demand risks/mitigation options/service level goals.
- Present demand/supply recommendations with sound models and logic to leadership, drive timely decisions, and ensure clear and concise communication to all stakeholders in the supply chain.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and drive resolution of supply chain exceptions/escalations in a timely manner.
