JOB SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Operational Transformation, the Program Manager is responsible for the end-to-end development, delivery, and measurement of multiple related projects within a portfolio. This position navigates complex activities spanning various departments and functions to ensure program results align with high-level institutional goals and the Senior Manager's strategic vision.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Required
  • Education
    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or similar field
  • Experience
    5 years experience in finance, business, or project management environment
Preferred
  • Education
    Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or similar field

JOB DUTIES
  • Program Development & Strategy: Defines and develops specific program objectives and strategies, assessing potential institutional impacts to ensure alignment with broader strategic goals.
  • Project Architecture: Acts as the primary architect for individual project structures, defining the necessary scope of work and governance required to reach targeted outcomes.
  • Performance Metrics & Optimization: Establishes detailed timelines and data-driven metrics to track progress, providing the Senior Manager with actionable recommendations to optimize program performance.
  • Execution & Monitoring: Uses evidence-based research and best practices to plan and monitor program execution, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards.
  • Strategic Alignment: Implements tactical tasks that align new and existing programs with the overarching business strategy and goals of the executive leadership team.
  • Reporting & Risk Management: Develops comprehensive status reports, analyzes results, and proactively identifies potential risks or crises to devise effective contingency plans.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborates and communicates with clinical leaders, department heads, and executive sponsors to ensure program visions and needs are consistently met.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Leads key meetings and improvement activities in collaboration with stakeholders to create impactful agendas and high-level content.
  • Resource & Interdependency Management: Coordinates project interdependencies and manages assigned resources, including budget tracking, to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Conflict Resolution & Negotiation: Communicates and negotiates with clinicians and diverse stakeholders to solve complex problems and ensure continued project momentum.
  • Team Support: Supervise and/or mentor assigned staff in the performance of their duties to foster professional growth and operational excellence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluates program outcomes to realign deliverables as necessary, searching for ways to improve delivery and resource utilization.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
