Job Description
You will be the Sr. Program Quality Engineer for the Program Quality team. Our team is responsible for ensuring program quality across Rotary Wing Sensor (RWS) programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Sr. Program Quality Engineer you will be responsible for managing the implementation and execution of program quality requirements throughout development, transition to production, and production efforts.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead implementation of program quality requirements across development, transition, and production phases.
- Serve as Quality Lead partnering with program teams to identify and mitigate risks.
- Manage DCMA/customer quality relationships and nonconformance documentation.
- Drive root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and ensure effective containment.
- Promote continuous process improvement and product excellence.

Basic Qualifications
- Quality experience
- Proficiency with discrepancy documents
- Experience with quality or manufacturing engineering processes or policies or system management requirements
- Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Desired skills
- 2+ years of Quality experience
- Lean Six Sigma/Green Belt
- Engaging with external customer
- Knowledge in audit processes
- Able to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with aerospace defense hardware, processes, systems, and command media
- Experience with non-conformance requirements
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with data analytics to report trends, drive improvements/efficiencies, including excel macros and pivot tables.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
