Job Description
You will be the Project Management & Planning Opns Sr - Level 3 for the F-35 Electronic Warfare & Test Infrastructure Program Management team which is responsible for advancing EW capability development and establishing new labs and test infrastructure.

As the Project Management & Planning Opns Sr - Level 3 you will be responsible for overseeing operational aspects of multiple projects, ensuring schedule integrity, and driving performance metrics.

- Develop and improve mechanisms and metrics for monitoring project progress.
- Monitor status of projects, including schedule management and preparation of status reports.
- Assess project issues and devise resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client‑satisfaction goals.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align resources and priorities.

Basic Qualifications
• Experience conducting research and compiling executive summaries, analytical reports, or business documentation.
• Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement and proactively implementing solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, or operational effectiveness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Active Secret Clearance

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
