About this role
About the Department
Coordinate resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Position Duties
- Meet with clients to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
- Communicate project status consistently (weekly/bi-weekly as appropriate) with project team and stakeholders
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Perform a formal project closure and communicate lessons learned to leadership
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Manage multiple projects at once
- Coaches employees/staff as required to assist with milestones/deadlines
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution and up to 3 years of related experience; or an Associate Degree from a regionally accredited institution and 5 years of related experience. A Certified Associate in Project Manager (CAPM) is required at time of application, or within 12 months of hire. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
ITIL Foundations Certification is required within 9 months of hire.
Knowledge and skills in one or more areas of network telecommunication, system administration, analysis, design and database management in terms of concepts, techniques and operating principles are highly preferred
