Position Purpose:
The Project Traffic Coordinator manages and supports projects within the organization. Here are their key responsibilities: project planning and coordination, administrative and financial management, communication and liaison, team supervision and support, problem-solving and risk management.
Position Summary:
The Project Traffic Coordinator supports the Corporate Marketing Team by coordinating project intake, tracking work in progress, and helping ensure projects move smoothly through established workflows. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual looking to build experience in creative operations and marketing project coordination within a corporate in-house team.
Success in This Role Looks Like:
Creative projects are accurately tracked and delivered on time
Work is properly routed and prioritized across the creative team
Stakeholders receive timely and clear status updates
Project workflows are followed consistently with minimal disruption
Job Responsibilities:
Intake and track creative requests across multiple internal stakeholders
Update and maintain project timelines, task lists, and status tracking tools
Route project requests to appropriate creative team members based on direction from leadership
Monitor project progress and help ensure deadlines are met
Support status meetings by preparing updates, notes, and action items
Communicate basic project status updates to internal stakeholders
Ensure projects follow established workflows, brand standards, and approval processes
Help identify missing information or assets needed to move projects forward
Maintain accuracy and organization within project management tools and shared files

- Communication Tools: Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint
- File & Asset Management: DAM systems, Canva
- Creative Collaboration Tools (familiarity a plus):
- Adobe Creative Cloud (basic understanding of file types such as PDFs, JPGs, layered files)
- Canva (reviewing and sharing assets, not design work required)
- Reporting & Documentation: Microsoft Excel and Office Suite for tracking and updates

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent related experience with
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, traffic
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and take direction
• Basic familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, Trello, etc.)
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, traffic
