- Provide psychotherapy services to patients in a long-term care setting

Qualifications
- LCPC, LMHC, or LMFT independent practice licensure in the state of Illinois
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability and desire to work autonomously
- Passion for working with older adults
