Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.
- Experience working with public policy teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with technical infrastructure developments and executing cross-functional projects.
- Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing and executing public affairs campaigns and strategies to deliver exceptional solutions.
- Ability to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading campaigns or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Excellent attention to detail, influencing, and political/communication skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $177,000-$257,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Strategic Public Affairs and Market Safeguarding: Develop and execute comprehensive public affairs strategies to protect and support the data center lifecycle in emerging markets, driving projects from concept to completion.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Community Relations: Build and maintain critical relationships with government officials, community leaders, and key opinion formers to ensure a positive, sustainable operating environment.
- Brand Ambassadorship and Advocacy: Serve as a key ambassador to amplify the company's economic, energy, sustainability, and social contributions, translating initiatives into tangible local benefits through public engagements.
- Operational Frameworks and Workflow Optimization: Establish centralized processes and frameworks to align disparate team priorities, monitor project milestones, anticipate bottlenecks, and streamline workflows across multiple states.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with a broad set of internal teams and external stakeholders to maximize operational excellence and elevate the execution of public affairs campaigns.
