Public Space Cleaning Attendant - Housekeeping

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Public Space Cleaning Attendant to perform deep cleaning and upkeep of all public areas. The main focus of this role is to maintain The Breakers' high cleanliness standards across the property. This position will also involve aiding the department and guests when necessary and delivering exceptional guest service with a friendly and professional approach. Must be able to work morning & evening hours, including holidays.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning protocols.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work during varied shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Perform deep cleaning duties in all public areas as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned locations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist guests and department staff with requests in a professional manner.
- Uphold The Breakers' cleanliness standards throughout the property.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Report any maintenance issues or cleaning supply needs promptly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
