37.5Position Summary
Responsible for overseeing purchasing and inventory control of the warehouse. Negotiates and secures pricing, receives incoming shipments of merchandise or other materials; verify correctness of shipments against bills of lading, invoices, etc.; keep records of goods received; report damaged goods and shortages. Keep stock in orderly arrangement. Utilize Yardi software to track and maintain inventory of materials.Purchase orders processing and audit of all items received, work closely with the accounts payable coordinator in processing paperwork in a timely manner as well as communicating any problems that result in credits needing to be obtained by the vendors.
Responsible for the setup of new inventory items in the inventory system as well as updating the information in the costs of each item. Distributing parts and maintaining building and unit keys to vendors and the maintenance team.

Order and receive parts and goods into inventory. Negotiate and secure pricing for materials.
Maintain warehouse in an orderly arrangement.
Review and process purchase orders, bills of lading and invoices.
Set up shipments with ground carriers.
Key distribution.

$21.17 - $32.85 / HourlyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.Questions
