</ul><div>Responsibilities<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Conduct regular observations and evaluations of classroom environments, teacher-child interactions, and curriculum delivery</li>
<li>Assess compliance with Goddard School standards, state licensing regulations, and health & safety protocols</li>
<li>Document findings and provide constructive, supportive feedback to teachers and school directors</li>
<li>Identify trends and areas for improvement; escalate concerns to regional or franchise leadership as needed</li>
<li>Assist in developing improvement plans and follow up on corrective actions</li>
<li>Participate in audits, accreditation preparation, and quality review meetings</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)</li>
<li>Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred</li>
<li>1–2 years of childcare experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary</li>
<li>Must meet background check requirements<br><br>
