Job Summary
Responsible for the supervision, direction and administration of company policies, procedures, practices and programs, related to the acquisition, disposal, leasing, licenses, mineral leases, maintenance and utilization of company owned real estate ensuring the maximum return for the organization. Supervise the acquisition, disposal, leasing, maintenance and utilization of company owned real estate and mineral holdings. This position consults with and/or advises the Nuclear Development Leadership, Constructability Manager, Project Managers, and other business units.Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Supervise and assist in activities associated with the acquisition of land and land rights, title work, surveys, environmental audits and other activities necessary for the completion of approved property purchases, leases or sales.
Provide oversight of the leasing of company owned real estate to third parties for proper utilization and maximum return.
Coordinate and assist third party service providers in any or all of the above tasks.
Oversee and assist agents with negotiations and granting of easements for various types of rights on company owned real estate.
Collaborate with the Records group as well as internal and external legal advisors to ensure that contract language is appropriate and complete and property files are current and accurate.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: BS or BA degree in Business or Real Estate Management preferred.
Work Experience: twelve (12) years of experience in real estate, contracts or related business and 6 years of supervisory experience
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Physical demand level is Sedentary
Extensive knowledge of real estate processes (purchases, sales, easements and leases)
Ability to interpret and draft real estate documents
Proficient in Word and Excel
Knowledge of accounting principles

Base Salary: $137K - $177K
