Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore is seeking a positive, organized, detail-oriented Receptionist to join our Sussex County office. This position is key in establishing and projecting a confident, professional impression of the Easterseals organization to all clients, volunteers, and visitors. Be responsible for triaging a high volume of calls, processing in-going and outbound mail, and accomplishing other administrative tasks such as scheduling, patient onboarding, e-faxing, scanning, copying, and working within an electronic medical records system, as needed.  Are you looking to work for an organization that has an impact in the community while utilizing your professional skills? Qualifications:

• Must have compassion for others and the desire to support individuals with disabilities in an administrative setting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient computer skills including 40 wpm typing speed and accuracy
• Effective verbal communication and understanding of telephone etiquette
• Strong attention to detail
• 1- year experience with multi-line switch board
• 1- year clerical experience Preferred Skills:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Understanding of postage meter operation
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
• Strong communication skills in all formats (phone, in-person, email)
