<div>As a Receptionist at Paul Gnall’s Insurance Agency, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will provide a welcoming, professional experience by answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. Your role supports the smooth day-to-day operations of the agency by maintaining an organized, efficient front office.<br><br>

<strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:<br></strong><br>

<li>Greet clients in person and answer phones in a courteous, professional manner.</li>
<li>Assist with general inquiries and route calls and visitors to the appropriate team members.</li>
<li>Process new policies, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.</li>
<li>Stay informed about insurance products, company policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate guidance.</li>
<li>Respond to customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating more complex matters to management.</li>
<li>Handle incoming and outgoing emails and assist with basic communication needs.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of appointments, messages, and visitor logs as needed.</li>
<li>Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.</li>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Professional appearance and friendly, positive attitude</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask</li>
<li>Proficiency with computers and common office software</li>
<li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion</li>
<li>Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred</li>
<li>Must obtain your property and casualty license as well as your life and health license</li>
