Summary

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow relationships with talent acquisition colleagues, internal business partners (comp & HRBPs) and key stakeholders to effectively attract and build talent pipelines that result in hiring high potential talent.
  • Utilize social media and other on-line tools to source top talent for hard to fill positions and intern positions.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing CHS in a professional and enthusiastic manner, attending recruiting events for professional, campus, military and diversity recruiting events to increase awareness and CHS brand as well as source potential talent.
  • Write job postings. Conduct on-line research to ensure job posting templates are thorough and well written.
  • Learn ATS system to the level of subject matter expert, conduct ATS training on an “as-needed” basis, and become a systems administrator back-up.
  • Administer the day to day operations of the relocation program. Act as subject matter expert when questions arise.
  • Coordinate and support creation of annual budgets, monthly forecasting and reporting as well as track departmental spending throughout the year.
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition

Additional Qualifications

  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel 10-20%
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
  • SHRM certification preferred
  • Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position. If required, selected candidates must pass pre-employment screenings to include all or a combination of drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements and FMSCA Clearinghouse.

Physical Requirements

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications.
