Starting pay is $60,000 - 70,000 depending on experience

Position Summary:
We are seeking a recruiter to support high-volume hiring across our treatment centers, with a primary focus on recruiting counselors and medication nurses. This is a hybrid position offering a mix of remote and onsite work. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for recruiting, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned treatment centers, including intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies

• Use job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS tools to identify and engage qualified candidates

• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain a positive candidate experience

• Support compliance by maintaining accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Participate in HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting or HR support/administration

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) is a plus

• Interest in healthcare or behavioral health is preferred
