Position Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for finding, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to fill open positions within the company. This role works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings on job boards and other platforms

• Review resumes and applications

• Conduct phone and/or virtual interviews

• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Prepare and extend job offers

• Maintain accurate candidate and hiring records

Qualifications

• College Degree 

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• One years experience in a recruiter, generalist or comparable role

• Ability to manage multiple openings at once

• High School Diploma/GED

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and job platforms
