As a trusted partner in the hiring process, you’ll help attract top talent and ensure candidates have a seamless and positive experience from first interaction to day one. 

In this role, you will:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for full-time and student roles, including planning, interviewing, extending offers, pre-employment processing, and ongoing candidate and hiring manager communication.

  • Manage recruitment activities through applicant tracking system, including posting positions, reviewing applications, and tracking candidate progress.

  • Provide day-to-day operational support by managing new hire paperwork and I-9 processing, handling candidate communication and outreach, and supporting preboarding, offboarding, and other related activities.

  • Represent the organization at career fairs and community events to engage and recruit potential candidates.

  • Maintain and update reports related to hiring activities and recruitment processes.

Minimum Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

This position is primarily sedentary and performed in a typical office environment. Duties involve sitting most of the time with occasional walking or standing. The role may require occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of items up to 20 pounds. Bending, stooping, or reaching may occasionally be required. Physical demands may vary by position and may occasionally exceed those described above. 


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Administration, or related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Requirements: 

  • 1+ years of experience as a Recruiter, Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Generalist, or in a related HR role

  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other HR software

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including screening, interviewing, and extending offers

  • Experience participating in career fairs and networking events
