SUMMARY OVERVIEW
The Recruiter is an entry-level role responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating high volumes of qualified candidates to meet staffing needs across the organization. This position supports mass hiring efforts by creating job postings, identifying talent through multiple sourcing channels, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The Recruiter helps ensure timely filling of open positions, maintains accurate candidate records, and assists with the onboarding process. This role contributes to a positive candidate experience while promoting PrimeFlight as an employer of choice.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, hiring timelines, and role requirements
- Create requisitions and post job ads across job boards, hiring platforms, and other sourcing channels
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Conduct high-volume candidate outreach through calls, email, and text messaging
- Screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Facilitate and support hiring events and high-volume recruiting initiatives (optional but highly recommended to add)
- Extend job offers and support candidates through the onboarding process
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and organized candidate records
- Ensure recruiting processes comply with applicable employment laws, company policies, and compliance requirements
- Promote PrimeFlight Aviation Services as an employer of choice by highlighting company culture, values, and growth opportunities
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on candidate pipeline and hiring progress (strong add based on your role)
- Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, or high-volume customer-facing experience preferred
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work in office, onsite, Monday-Friday
- Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional demeanor, able to communicate effectively
- Excellent dependability and attendance
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Must be flexible to work extended hours on occasion to support our field operations
- Travel requirement >25%

- Specific vision abilities required for this job include: Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)
