Minimum Requirements:

• An Associate’s Degree, as well as strong
  organization, attention to detail and Microsoft Office skills, at an
  intermediate level is preferred


• 2+ Mortgage Sales or Operations
  experience preferred


• Must have ability to verify all elements of a 1003, credit report, title
  quotes, tax certs, AUS and mortgage Insurance


• Experience with Encompass Preferred


• Working knowledge of conventional and government loan programs


• Must be able to keep up to date on regulation changes- knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Extended and weekend work hours may be required
