Position: Associate Recruiter
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Purpose of Position:

As a Associate Recruiter at West Shore Home, you will be tasked with executing recruiting plans developed by Talent Acquisition Leadership, to ensure all job requisitions are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Key Role Accountabilities:

Execute recruiting tasks as assigned for the Skilled Trades and Sales & Support side of Regional Recruiting.
Manage the entire candidate life cycle.

Review resumes to identify potential.
Conduct phone screens to identify candidates who match the requirements of the role.
Send assessments to candidates through The Predictive Index System.
Schedule successful applicants for interviews with hiring managers.
Extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates.

Accountable to hitting KPI’s designated by Regional Operations Recruiting Manager and Director of Talent as necessary to maintain business-needed headcounts.

Must-Have Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate agency or corporate recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
A track record of success working in a metrics driven environment.
