The Recruiter’s responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection processes, and hosting or participating in career events. The Recruiter will also be responsible for tracking all the pre-employment onboarding processes for new hires, assisting with new hire orientation programs and processing payroll transactions. Bachelor’s Degree in related field highly preferred (or must have 3 years of experience). Must have Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Proficiency – Familiarity with platforms like iCIMS. Familiarity with WorkDay is highly preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age Successfully complete a background check and drug test Experience working in a healthcare as a Recruiter SPHR or PHR certification preferred.
