What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required)
- Comfortable managing multiple reports, tracking data, and working with formulas
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, or administrative support
- Retail or high-volume hiring environment experience
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- 0--2 years of relevant experience preferred
