recruiter! We are a growing home care agency dedicated to providing high-quality care to clients in the comfort of their homes. Our team is committed to improving lives through reliable caregiving services, and we’re looking for a motivated Recruiter to help us build and maintain an exceptional workforce.
The Recruiter will be responsible for screening, and hiring qualified caregivers, this role is critical to ensuring we maintain adequate staffing levels to meet client needs while upholding our high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified caregivers
Post job openings on job boards, social media, and community platforms
Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews
Coordinate hiring process, including background checks and onboarding
Build relationships with local training schools, job centers, and community
organizations
Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with hiring regulations
Attend job fairs and recruitment events
Collaborate with scheduling and operations teams to understand staffing needs
Previous recruiting or staffing experience (healthcare or home care preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Sales experiences a plus but not required
