Recruiter / HR Assistant (FL, Tallahassee)

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Junior Recruiter will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for a variety of positions and departments with a focus on entry level to supervisory level positions. The Junior Recruiter will implement, conduct, and manage the recruitment and candidate interview and selection process.

Candidate will identify effective sourcing methods to attract highly skilled, qualified individuals, based upon the job position, location and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages full cycle recruiting process for candidates ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience, including sourcing of candidates, screening resumes, qualifying/interviewing candidates, and negotiating pay rates where applicable.
• Recruits across business lines and for all levels of positions.
• Performs in-depth sourcing of candidates by using creative forms of web sourcing (Social networking, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.), candidate referrals, cold calling, and recruitment campaigns, etc.? Develops, manages and maintains a diverse pipe-line of qualified candidates for sourcing as required and/or needed for business changing needs.
• Develops strong relationships with mid and senior level management and maintains a sound understanding of the business by partnering with business leaders and Human Resources Partners.
• Reviews and prioritizes recruitment efforts.
• Remains current with industry and staffing trends and relevant companies and competitive data.
