Job Description

AST, LLC is currently seeking a Recruiter candidate to be considered for employment.

Summary of duties include.

The Recruiter position is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening, interviewing and referring applicants for technical, administrative and management positions throughout the company.

Duties Include:

1. Partners with Corporate Recruiter to determine staffing needs.
2. Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone), administers appropriate assessments, collect all forms and ID documents required, request offer letter, and update candidate files as appropriate.
3. Maintain database of applicant and candidate tracking records (Including candidate dispositions)
4. Acts as liaison between Recruiting and Finance with sourcing salaries for pricing proposal and gathering salaries for pricing with Corporate Recruiter Manager
5. Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
6. Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
7. Assist in the preparation of recruiting presentations as needed.
8. Handle tasks associated with various projects and programs supported by the team.
