Job Description
AST, LLC is currently seeking a Recruiter candidate to be considered for employment.
Summary of duties include.
The Recruiter position is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening, interviewing and referring applicants for technical, administrative and management positions throughout the company.
Duties Include:
- Partners with Corporate Recruiter to determine staffing needs.
- Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone), administers appropriate assessments, collect all forms and ID documents required, request offer letter, and update candidate files as appropriate.
- Maintain database of applicant and candidate tracking records (Including candidate dispositions)
- Acts as liaison between Recruiting and Finance with sourcing salaries for pricing proposal and gathering salaries for pricing with Corporate Recruiter Manager
- Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
- Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
- Assist in the preparation of recruiting presentations as needed.
- Handle tasks associated with various projects and programs supported by the team.
