About this role
Northwest Specialty Hospital is rapidly growing, and we are adding a Recruiting Assistant to join our amazing HR Team!
This position will be 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday (scheduled hours flexible)
The Recruiting Assistant is responsible for supporting the facilities recruiting functions. This position will schedule interviews, answer general candidate questions, track and coordinate job fairs, track and coordinate contractors, assist with student placement needs, generate necessary recruitment reports, support recruiter as needed, assist with general orientation, and onboard new employees. This position will also assist the HR team with scanning, data entry, updating spreadsheets, employee file management, filing, and various HR projects. The Recruiting Assistant will need to project a professional demeanor and appearance while maintaining the confidentiality of the Hospital and employees as appropriate. This position will require excellent customer service skills and communication skills. Works under stress and in situations that demand patience and tact while providing impeccable service. Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Demonstrates eligibility for employment in the United States.
- High School Diploma.
- Ability to work independently and stay on task.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Intermediate computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Word, & Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in an HR/recruitment setting required.
- Two years of relatable recruiting experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- SHRM-CP or PHR or RACR Certification preferred.
