The Referral Coordinator is responsible for maintaining information flow in the managed carereferral process for all contracted managed care health plans. Performs duties andresponsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required

• Experience: Work experience in a physician's office or medical institutionwith exposure to managed care and primary care rules andpractices.
