About the Role
Hello, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a K–12 school setting in Longmont, CO. In this role, you'll support students with behavioral and developmental needs by implementing individualized behavior plans, collecting data, and collaborating with school teams. This is an excellent opportunity for both new and experienced RBTs who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in students' lives while working alongside a supportive educational team.

What You'll Do
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA
Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to students
Collect and document data on student progress and behaviors
Support students' social, emotional, behavioral, and communication development
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
Assist with classroom management and positive behavior strategies
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
What We're Looking For
Active RBT certification (or ability to obtain prior to the start date)
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
School-based or ABA experience is a plus
