About this role

Join JPMorganChase's Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis group, where you'll sit at the intersection of regulatory strategy, capital oversight, and enterprise-level reporting. This is an opportunity to shape how the firm meets its most critical regulatory obligations while partnering with senior leaders and regulators alike. Build your career in a high-visibility role that directly influences the firm's capital framework and stress testing outcomes.

Job Summary

As a Regulatory Capital Reporting & Analysis Associate on the U.S. Regulatory Capital and Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) Reporting team within Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA), you will oversee the production and integrity of regulatory reports for Capital and Risk-Weighted Assets under Basel III Standardized and Advanced Approaches. You will analyze risk-based capital results across external filings, review variance analyses, and ensure adherence to established procedures and SOX controls while engaging directly with senior leadership and regulators. You will also contribute to CCAR stress testing, monitor evolving regulatory requirements including Basel III Endgame, and drive process improvements across the reporting lifecycle.

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end integrity of capital and RWA reporting, filings, and data oversight, covering analysis, production, and validation.
  • Review quarterly “actuals” for FFIEC 101/102, FR Y‑9C (HC‑R), and Call Report (RC‑R), plus FR Y‑14A stress test forecasts.
  • Ensure RWA and related balances comply with regulatory instructions within a robust control and procedural framework.
  • Assist in the presentation of quarterly regulatory capital results to the Treasurer, Firmwide Controller, and regulators (FRB, OCC, FDIC), with variance analysis by product/report.
  • Review and analyze Standardized and Advanced RWA, SLR, and capital results for JPMorganChase and its Lead Bank for CCAR and Risk Appetite stress tests.
  • Address internal and external regulatory inquiries.
  • Monitor industry, accounting changes, and regulator changes (e.g. Basel end-game) to maintain accurate filings and assess reporting impacts.
  • Lead process improvements and manage quarterly and CCAR post‑mortem actions.
  • Execute internal controls for quarter‑end close and CCAR/Risk Appetite reporting.
  • Run cross‑report error reviews and revision decision forums to determine regulatory reporting impacts; communicate instruction changes promptly to stakeholders.
  • Partner with LOBs, Capital Management/Policy/Controllers to ensure compliance, and lead the Basel III Endgame external reporting workstream across stakeholders post‑announcement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • 4 years of experience in financial services or a related industry

  • Firmwide regulatory reporting experience with deep Basel capital expertise

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to partner effectively with managers and stakeholders at all levels
