About this role

This is a technical and competitive program that will help you grow in your education and potentially in your career after graduation. The program consists of two hands-on lab sessions where you will apply technical concepts to perform in-depth analysis on potential cyber threats using GreyMatter, ReliaQuest's proprietary Agentic AI security operations platform and gain exposure to other enterprise tools.
Please see the details and requirements outlined below:
1. You must be interested in pursuing cybersecurity as a career post-graduation, ideally with a technical/cybersecurity major.
2. You must be a junior, senior or graduate student.
3. You must complete this assessment ReliaQuest Technical Assessment - University of Michigan and apply here by March 13, 2026 to be considered. The assessment has 29 questions with a mixture of multiple choice and written response.
You will have one attempt after logging in.
The assessment should take around 20–30 minutes to complete, but you will have a 2-hour time limit.
The session cannot be paused once it has started.
Moving to another tab or opening a new one will result in automatic logout.
4. You must be able to attend the lab sessions in-person at University of Michigan. The dates are as follows:
