Description

Key Responsibilities:

Production Data Verification

- Verify production floor system entries throughout the shift to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Monitor and validate system transactions in real time, ensuring that all repackaging activities are matched correctly across systems.

- Audit daily labor transactions for accuracy and alignment with production output.

 

Reporting & Visualization

- Generate end-of-shift reports summarizing production performance, discrepancies, and key metrics.

- Create and maintain daily visualizations to support operational transparency and decision-making.

  • Communicate findings clearly to team leads, supervisors, and management.

Documentation Management

- Print and prepare all required repackaging documentation for production teams.

- Perform document verification and signoff to ensure FDA/GMP compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

- Maintain organized records of documentation for audits and internal control requirements.

 

Quality Control Support

- Support quality control checks as required to support production operations.

- Fill in for specific quality-related tasks as needed to maintain compliance and ensure continuous workflow.

 

ERP Expertise & Support

- Serve as an on‑shift ERP subject matter expert after completion of internal training.

- Troubleshoot ERP issues related to production, labor, material movement, or transaction errors.

- Work closely with IT, supervisors, and operators to resolve system problems and prevent disruptions.

 

Operational Support

- Provide coverage for key positions during team member breaks to maintain consistent workflow.

- Communicate any data-related anomalies or system concerns promptly to leadership.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and documentation processes.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) required.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data inconsistencies.

- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

- High School or GED required.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or repackaging environment.

- Experience with ERP systems similar to Infor or JD Edwards preferred.

- Analytical skills above High School level.

- Familiarity with production reporting, labor tracking, or transactional data workflows.

- Experience generating dashboards or visual reports (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
