Overview The team behind The Corner Store, The Eighty-Six and Or'Esh is opening a NEW CONCEPT soon in West Village and is actively seeking a Restaurant Manager! Position Overview We are seeking a Restaurant Manager who is a confident, service‑driven leader with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. This role is central to daily restaurant operations and the guest experience, requiring a hands‑on leader who thrives on the floor, leads with warmth, and coaches in real time. Restaurant Managers play an integral role in scheduling, floor execution, staff development, inventory control, and maintaining health and safety standards. This position is ideal for a proactive, people‑focused professional who performs well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and is available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
