Responsible for building, testing and maintaining point-of-sale (POS) keys for the menu and order configurations of all national brand food and proprietary brand operations worldwide.

Major Duties
Develops, tests and implements restaurant POS keys, i.e., new items, promotions, limited time events, price changes, for all restaurant operations worldwide.
Works closely with IT development team as the subject matter expert in relation to restaurant menu change lifecycle. Maintains documentation of the full menu changes processes and applicable systems.
Monitors and ensures compliance of price changes, surveys and promotions.
Develops communication material to provide necessary information to field operation for successful execution of the changes while ensuring minimal to no impact to end user.
Performs other duties as assigned.
