The Opportunity:
Revenue Operations Analyst reports to the Manager, Revenue Operations Sales and is responsible for supporting revenue processes across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success. This role ensures data accuracy, operational efficiency, and visibility into the revenue cycle by managing reporting, CRM processes, analytics, and cross‑functional alignment. The analyst plays a critical role in helping the company improve forecasting accuracy, streamline workflows, and drive predictable revenue growth.
YOU ARE GREAT AT:
- Maintain and improve revenue dashboards, reports, and forecast models
- Ensure CRM data accuracy; perform audits and support process adherence
- Provide sales operations support (deal desk, pipeline hygiene, quota/territory tracking)
- Identify workflow gaps and recommend process or system improvements
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to align revenue processes and insights
WHAT IT TAKES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
- Entry level is welcome to apply but experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Finance, or data analytics is a plus
- Excel/Sheets and CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working cross‑functionally
