As a Compliance Risk Management Lead Vice President in Global Financial Crimes Compliance, Know Your Customer (KYC), you will partner with business and compliance teams to execute strategic compliance priorities and strengthen the control environment. You will help us identify issues early, understand root causes, and drive sustainable outcomes. You will collaborate across regions and functions to deliver initiatives aligned to our global compliance mandate. You will communicate clearly with stakeholders to support consistent execution and oversight.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute key strategic compliance initiatives aligned to the firm’s global compliance mandate
- Partner with business, compliance, and other control functions to coordinate priorities and deliver results
- Gather and assess information to support issue analysis, decision-making, and risk-based recommendations
- Track progress on key milestones and escalate delays or risks to delivery as appropriate
- Prepare clear written materials and updates for stakeholders and senior leaders
- Strengthen teamwork by working effectively across levels, regions, and disciplines
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, KYC, or a similar control-related role
- Demonstrated ability to identify key issues, obtain relevant information, and support further analysis
- Demonstrated ability to drive issues to resolution through partnership and follow-through
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build credibility with senior leaders and partners globally
- Strong project execution skills, including the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and related reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, collaborative work style with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Knowledge of the KYC regulatory framework and related best practices
- Project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment
- Proven experience in product ownership, with a track record of driving product strategy and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence capabilities, including large language models, machine learning, and agentic systems
- Master of Business Administration degree
- Bachelor’s degree with a relevant professional certification
