Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Open RMA packages and perform physical and visual inspection.

2. Keeping track of return record and follow up on related process with vendors.

3. Communicate with vendors for updates and solutions on new and pending issues.

4. Review and process RMA request to vendor.

5. Handling shipping process for RTV packages.

6. Organize and maintain cleanliness at receiving dock and warehouse.

7. Assist in parts transferring in between departments and buildings.

8. Inventory control.

Qualifications:

1.Strong communication and management skills.

2. Detail oriented and good time management.

3. Independent person and also a strong team player.

4. Customer relations or WH management experience is preferred.

5. Microsoft Office knowledge

6. Fluent in English is preferred.
