Role Player

Prescient Edge is seeking a Role Player to support a Federal Government client.

Please note that this is a temporary 1099 position from August 25, 2025 to August 29, 2025. The daily rate for this role is between $250 - $300.

Experience:

• Operational experience and knowledge of current doctrine and trends.
• Previous experience as a Role Player preferred.
• Experience working in DoD or Intelligence Community environment preferred.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform duties in a physically demanding work environment.
• Full training and preparation in order to meet mission requirements at start of contract.
• Understand the script concept and interact with the overarching scenario.
• Utilize creativity to better simulate the training environment and portray the assigned role.
• Deliver precise exercise performance feedback to assist MRR with the evaluation of the exercise participants.

• Familiarity w/military organization and terminology;
• U.S. citizen or a work authorized individual under U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services (USCIS) policy.
• Not prohibited to carry firearms under Chapter 18 USC ss 921(a)(33)(B)(ii) “the Lautenberg Amendment" or any other statute or law.
• Familiar with and understand the function and safe handling practices of semi-automatic rifles, ammunition, pyrotechnic training aids and simulated munitions (SESAMS);
• Physically fit enough to participate in field activity and physical training, i.e. calisthenics and running, for a period of 30 minutes continuously, be able to lift 30 pounds and patrol up to 10km;
• Criminal records check completed
  • No pending criminal actions and no felony charges
  • No alcohol or drug related charges within the past 5 years
  • No involvement in hate crimes
  • No involvement with groups/organizations that are against the Federal Government or DoD
• Must have a current driver’s license
