Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to deter potential threats.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, providing assistance and support to clients, residents, and visitors.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective security strategies, enhancing overall safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Engage with the community, building positive relationships and fostering a sense of trust and security.
• Monitor and control access points, verifying credentials and ensuring only authorized individuals enter secured areas.
• Assist in the training and development of new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to strengthen the team’s capabilities.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Valid Florida Class D Security License
• Class G License required for armed positions
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to follow instructions and post orders
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts if needed
• Previous security experience preferred but not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
