RPA Center of Excellence.Senior Consultant

• Lead the end-to-end RPA and workflow automation (document, design, build, test, deploy, maintain) using recommended best practices.

• Review, analyze and document complex business processes for RPAs targeted processes.

• Engage in discovery and identification of automation processes; proactively seek and suggest improvements and outline any risks and recommend optimal solutions.

• Partner with the Business Process Owner(s) and Process Excellence Team members to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation and outline the impacted processes and business requirements.

• Engage with cross-functional teams to develop business requirements documentation of the process to be automated in a manner that is understood by the business users and can be shared with RPA solution design and development teams.

• Works with RPA & Technical Team members to facilitate the planning and execution of RPA and other Automation projects

• Use common RPA tools as Automation Anywhere, to develop scalable and efficient process automation.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal teams, to design and deliver automated solutions for the client, facilitating increased business efficiency and optimizing the cost of operations.

• Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks for RPA automation initiatives, capture and document current state manual processes.

• Create Business Case and ROI which can be submitted for review and approvals

• Support the facilitation of discovery sessions across multiple teams and business units and lead the adoption / implementation activities associated with new RPA solutions within the business.

• Document and diagram the existing environment and data-flows.

• Gather non-functional requirements such as security, capacity performance and availability.

• Act as a liaison between business and technical resources.

• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.

• Conduct RPAs Process diagnostics & opportunity identification.

• Define requirements, creating user stories (if Agile) or BRD (for RPA).

• Create test scenarios to assure that the RPAs developed are delivering the ROI and objectives needed and record its results for approvals and future references.

• Validate any change management requests and assess its estimated impact on the running RPAs. 

• Work with vendors to be sure of solutions capabilities and proper RPA delivery and implementation during the license and support contracted periods.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related information technology fields.
RPA Analyst from any technology provider.
3+ years of experience in IT/Telecom/Digital Transformation related jobs.

2+ years in RPAs. 
Have very good knowledge of RPA within any technological tools (i.e. UiPath, automation anywhere or blue prism).
Fair knowledge of Oracle suites & other digital transformation related solutions, specifically in Robotics Process Automation arena.
Fluent in English
