About this role

Serve as the Delivery Lead for the EMEA Transportation Control Tower (12+ Countries), accountable for end-to-end program delivery from mobilization through stabilization. Orchestrate cross-functional stakeholders across global, sector, and business-unit teams; govern the integrated plan and timeline; and ensure delivery of all business-case KPIs. Partner tightly with technical teams to translate requirements into deployable solutions, manage scope and dependencies, and lead process, organization, and change-management workstreams—including onboarding and training of impacted teams. Provide financial stewardship (budget, benefits tracking, variance management) and proactive risk/issue management to secure on-time, on-budget delivery and measurable value realization for EMEA.

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the EMEA Transportation Control Tower (TCT) program, ensuring all phases—mobilization, design, build, test, and deployment—are executed to plan.
  • Establish and manage the integrated master plan, timelines, dependencies, and critical path across functions and markets.
  • Maintain governance forums, progress reporting, and project health reviews with executive stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment between global, sector, and business-unit stakeholders, ensuring clarity on objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Serve as the central liaison across business, technology, and capability teams to maintain a single source of truth and ensure transparency.
  • Partner with technical teams to define, validate, and prioritize business requirements for solution delivery.
  • Ensure seamless integration between business processes, systems, and data flows to enable TCT functionality and interoperability.
  • Support testing, user acceptance, and deployment readiness activities.
  • Oversee project financials, including budget tracking, cost management, and benefit realization against business-case KPIs.
  • Ensure productivity and efficiency targets are met, validating financial outcomes post-implementation.
  • Lead process design, optimization, and standardization across participating markets and functions.
  • Support adoption through robust change management, training, and onboarding plans.
  • Embed new ways of working aligned to global TCT operating model principles.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks.
  • Escalate critical issues proactively with mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
  • Track implementation progress against defined KPIs, milestones, and governance metrics.
  • Capture and institutionalize lessons learned to enhance subsequent TCT deployments.
