The Mayo Clinic Medallion Program in Arizona is seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine physician to join an established, premier concierge medicine practice. This unique opportunity allows physicians to deliver highly personalized, relationship-centered care within a private office setting while benefiting from the resources and collaborative environment of Mayo Clinic’s renowned multispecialty academic medical practice.
Physicians in the Medallion Program provide comprehensive primary care through a limited patient panel, enabling enhanced access, continuity, and individualized attention. Patients enjoy direct physician access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including personal email and cellular communication, as well as same-day and urgent appointments when clinical needs arise.
Established as a state-of-the-art concierge medicine program, the Medallion Program is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences while maintaining the highest standards of the Mayo Model of Care. The practice emphasizes patient-centered, service-oriented care, fostering meaningful physician-patient relationships and supporting proactive, preventive, and comprehensive health management.
The ideal candidate will be committed to excellence in clinical care, outstanding service, and collaborative practice, while embracing the personalized approach that defines the Medallion Program experience.

Qualifications
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine with a demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional, personalized care in a highly accessible, patient-focused environment.
- Significant experience in concierge medicine, executive health, or comprehensive primary care practice.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the professionalism, emotional intelligence, and discretion required to serve a discerning concierge patient population.
- A patient-centered approach that emphasizes proactive health management, continuity of care, and an unparalleled patient experience.
