Provide in-store support during life safety, emergency response, and safety incidents.%0A %3C/li%3E%0A %3Cli%3E%0A Collaborate with RAPM (Regional Asset Protection Manager) to follow up on safety and security incidents.%0A %3C/li%3E%0A %3Cli%3E%0A Problem-solve extreme store events using brand de-escalation tactics.%0A %3C/li%3E%0A %3Cli%3E%0A Assist the store team with driving a strong physical security culture by educating and upholding all BBW policies and procedures.%0A %3C/li%3E%0A %3Cli%3E%0A Educate and develop the store team regarding shortage and safety behaviors.%0A %3C/li%3E%0A %3Cli%3E%0A Collect, document, and communicate asset protection (AP) trends, theft, and fraud intelligence with RAPM and store leadership team (SLT).%0A %3C/li%3E%0A %3Cli%3E%0A Assist in, document, and communicate all merchandise recoveries using BBW tools.%0A %3C/li%3E%0A %3Cli%3E%0A Assist with Shrink Protection Program (SPP) assessment follow up and execution on action plans.%0A %3C/li%3E%0A %3Cli%3E%0A Submit appropriate documentation in the system for all organized retail crime (ORC) incidents following BBW AP policies and procedures.%0A %3C/li%3E%0A %3Cli%3E%0A Work with law enforcement and RAPM to identify and resolve open cases.%0A %3C/li%3E%0A %3Cli%3E%0A Assist the SLT with modeling working safely, while maintaining a clean store.%0A %3C/li%3E%0A %3Cli%3E%0A Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.%0A %3C/li%3E%0A %3Cli%3E%0A All other duties based on the business needs and direction of the store manager and/or RAPM.%0A %3C/li%3E%0A %3Cli%3E%0A All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store.
