Sales Coordinator - In Room Dining

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator for In-Room Dining who will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders over the phone, providing menu suggestions, and ensuring continuous communication with Room Service Servers and Managers. This role involves processing various forms of payment, such as room charges, credit cards, and cash, and plays a vital role in enhancing guest satisfaction during their Room Service experience.

Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on sales and customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good networking skills and a solid understanding of hotel operations.

Responsibilities:
- Take food and beverage orders over the phone and provide menu suggestions to guests.
- Maintain open communication with Room Service Servers and Managers to ensure seamless service.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, including room charges, credit cards, and cash transactions.
- Enhance guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing customer needs promptly.
