Sales Development Rep

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Associate to help clients protect what matters most by offering the right insurance solutions with excellent service. You’ll handle inbound leads, follow up with prospects, quote policies, close new business while building long-term relationships that create referrals and repeat clients.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Mon-Fri Schedule

• Bilingual in English/Mandarin is required
• Insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain quickly)
• Sales-driven mindset with strong communication skills
• Comfort making outbound follow-up calls and handling objections
• Organized, consistent, and responsive (speed matters in insurance sales)
• Ability to explain coverage in a simple, confident way
• Basic computer skills (CRM, quoting systems, email, texting tools)

• Respond quickly to inbound calls, texts, emails, and online leads
• Quote and sell personal lines products (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, etc.)
• Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend coverage options clearly
• Follow up consistently on quotes, leads, and lost opportunities
• Cross-sell and bundle to improve client value and retention
• Support renewals and coverage reviews to prevent lapses and increase retention
• Maintain accurate documentation in the agency CRM and carrier portals
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth onboarding and policy changes
• Track daily activity (calls, quotes, closes) and hit weekly/monthly sales goals
• Ask for referrals and reviews after positive client experiences
